Account and Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your Kollab account and all data linked to it at any time.
- 1Go to your Kollab profile page and disconnect any linked social account, such as Instagram.
- 2Email the address below from the same email address registered on your account, with the subject "Delete my data".
- 3We will confirm the request and delete your account and personal data, including any connected Instagram data, within a maximum of 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
- Your profile and contact details.
- Linked social accounts and any Instagram or Facebook data we obtained.
- Identity documents and photos you uploaded.
- Your applications and content on the platform.
We may keep only limited records that we are legally required to retain, with no identifying data about you.
